A whole-site approach to water.

Explore Sitewater Studios

Whether you’re a homeowner or a professional planning site-water systems, Sitewater connects landscape water demand, rainwater and other site water sources, and water reuse in one project. Use each Studio to understand and plan a different aspect of your site’s water systems.

MWELO Studio

A simpler way to prepare MWELO documents.

Connect hydrozones, plants, irrigation and water-budget calculations in one workflow.

  • Trace hydrozones on aerial imagery or a landscape plan
  • Build WUCOLS-based plant lists
  • See water-budget results and guidance immediately
  • Download coordinated project documents

Rainwater Studio

How much rainwater could you put to use?

Compare site water sources with demand and explore what storage changes.

  • Map collection areas and other water sources
  • Estimate indoor and outdoor water uses
  • Compare rainwater supply with project demand
  • Compare tank sizes using historical weather

Landscape Studio

How much water does the landscape need?

Compare irrigation demand with current use and find practical water-saving opportunities.

  • Draw zones or use bills, meter readings, or irrigation schedules
  • Assign planting and irrigation characteristics by zone
  • Compare current use with local weather-based estimates
  • Get practical water-saving recommendations

Greywater Studio

How could greywater support site water needs?

A future Studio for connecting greywater supply with landscape needs.

  • Estimate greywater supply
  • Estimate landscape demand
  • Identify appropriate storage needs
  • Map greywater supply to landscape zones
